The technology organized a training workshop about oil reserved
and nanotechnology applications design for Oil Ministry employees'

Under rapid expansion of nanotechnology applications in the oil and gas industry, nanotechnology and advanced materials research center at the University of Technology organized a training workshop titled design of oil reserved according to the specification API-650 and applications of nanotechnology in the center halls with the participation of 15 trainees from the Company of distribution petroleum production at Oil Ministry.

The workshop training program includes familiarize participants with the most important scientific modern conceptsthat concerned with design and construction of oil reservoirs of large amplitudes according to international standards, and learn about nanotechnology applications in oil and gas projects.

And the center's director, Dr. Khalid Al Ajami said the aim of the course is to develop the scientific skills of engineering cadres in the oil sector in order to prepare engineering designs of the oil reservoirs and choose suitable type of metal used in the construction of these reservoirs. It is worth noting that Iraq was a broad program to increase oil reservoirs energies and its derivatives in several provinces to develop and support the national economy in the field of oil.

The tutorial lectures scientific and practical have been given bythe director ofNanotechnology and Advanced Materials Research Center (assist.Prof.Dr. Khalid Al Ajami Suker) sharing with him assist.Prof.Dr. Zainab Nasser Jamil, assist.Lec. Amar Mohammed Hamza, and the center labs directors.
