The technology grant a thesis to a student about oblique deposition technique to prepare thin layers

The Applied Science Department at University of Technology gained master's degree in Applied Physics toa student Sura Mohammed Raad,her thesis tagged "oblique deposition technique for the preparation of thin layers (cadmium oxide) Nano combination”
And she used in this thesis thermal evaporation system in vacuum by deposition oblique technique to precipitate the metal cadmium on slices of glass, quartz crystal and silicon, and it is physically different (70,50,0) and then oxidized using a conventional oven as a source of antioxidants at different temperatures (773, 673, 573), Kelvin and fixed time for an hour and a half, and it has been studied the impact of deposition angle on the compositional characteristics, surface, optical, electrical and scanner properties on cadmium oxide layers.
