Sarah Fadhil Abbas, a student in the branch of physics-laser/ Applied
Science at the University of Technology Awarded MSC for her thesis
(properties of nanoparticles InN prepared by laser optical). The
discussion was held on smart hall in the building section.
In her research, the researcher could prepare Indium Nitride's
nanoparticles as a stuck by eradicates indium immersed in ammonium
hydroxide using laser. Laser Indium Yak with a wavelength of 1064 nm was
used in this research and two different conditions of the laser were
changed.
