Symposium on Technology Incubators

The university is preparing to hold a symposium about the technology incubators on 21/7/2011 at the University of Technology theater.
The symposium will be hold in cooperation with the Ministry of Science & Technology. The symposium aims is to make benefit from the scientific researches and technology inventions then convert them to successful projects by depending on the Laboratories , Workshops , Teaching staff and Researchers as well as marketing science & technology to society , especially the technology incubators will support the national economy by the cooperation between the researchers and the investment society.
The symposium will be in three axes :

    • Basic fundamental for the technology incubators.
    • Theoretical cases and the experiments of Al- Basra University.
    • Sample of Technology incubators.

The composition of the scientific committee for the symposium :

    • The president of the university Prof. Dr. Qahtan Khallaf Al Khazragy .
    • The general manager of the research and development department in the ministry of higher education & scientific researches Assist Prof Dr. Mohammed Abed Ateih Al seraag .
    • Undersecretary of Science and Technology Ministry Dr. Sarmeer Al Ataar .
    • Assistant President for Scientific Affairs Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Mosa .
