the establishment of the section due to the establishment of the University of Technology in 1975 and the Department of Administrative Affairs is  vital  nerve for the presidency of the university since the foundation, since the founding of the university ,  It's importance has emerged  through the works  which being done and indisputably its the most part busier with work throughout the year as follows everything related to the staff of the university on the permanent staffing and Contract  and  daily wages employees in addition to receiving numerous requests from ministries, otheruniversities and  then answered it.
previously, It was  called the Department of Legal and Administrative Affairs of the fact that the law prevail , not override to it , and work continued to do so until the year 2008 for separate legal affairs for the administrative  and the work is done our present time  separatel.

 The Vision:

Section to be alone in his field of administrative and represents the link between departments and  ministries and other departments to promote the administrative level in order to serve the university and live up the administrative level.

Cover  the sections , departments and centers with all official books, which include laws and regulations for the preparation of incompetent administrators and to facilitate their administrative tasks which Assigned to them on te best way.

 The Goals:

The goal of the Department of Administrative Affairs Lies to complete the administrative work and coordination between the department and its formations in the rest of the sections and departments and centers where an administrative centralization of the university between ministries and configurations of the ministries and between the university,  and the department seeks to achieve several objectives including:

Upgrading administrative.
Upgrading staff and achieving administrative plans.
